That is why we endeavour to give you a diagnosis on the same day as we see the PC and get it back to you within 24 hours wherever possible.
For non-urgent enquiries, we aim to get you a response within 24 hours with an estimated time to repair.

Warranty and Maintenance Agreements
If we rebuild or service your PC then you have the option to join our maintenance plan where a small monthly fee gives you up to 2 hours of priority support or a full yearly service.
All hardware repairs are covered by a 1 year warantee
